Event links page

The event links page is a single, mobile-friendly page that brings together the most useful links for your event in one place — similar to a Linktree page. It’s designed to be opened on your phone or a kiosk device so you can quickly reach the pages you need on the day of your event.

Opening the links page

You can open the links page from three places:

  • My events – open the Manage dropdown for your event and select Event links
  • Event overview – in the event navigation, select Event links
  • Event URL – add /links to the end of your event URL

The links page opens in a new tab. You can bookmark it or share it with your team.

What’s on the page

The page shows your event banner and name at the top, followed by grouped links. The links you see depend on your event and your permissions.

Event page links
  • Open event page – Opens your public event page in a new tab.
  • Copy shareable event link – Copies the public event link to your clipboard so you can paste it into a message, email, or social post.
Check-in
  • Guest check-in (admins) – Opens the check-in management page in a new tab. Only visible to users with check-in access.
  • Guest greeter links – Opens a window where you can generate a shareable link or QR code for a greeter (door staff or volunteer) so they can check people in without logging in. Only visible to users who can manage check-in, and only before the event has ended. See Guest greeter links article for more detail.
Door sales
  • Door sales QR code – Opens a window showing a QR code that, when scanned, takes people straight to a simpler ticket purchase page. Display this on a screen or print out, and have it at your point of sale so attendees can scan and buy tickets on the spot.
Event forms
  • Open event forms – Opens each open event form in a new tab. Only visible if your event has open event forms.
Registration
  • Waitlist and RSVP registration – Opens each active waitlist or RSVP registration form in a new tab. Only visible if your event has a waitlist or RSVP list with registration enabled.
Resales
  • Resale marketplace – Opens the public resale marketplace page for your event in a new tab. Only visible if your event has resales enabled.
  • Resale alerts – Opens the resale alert registration form in a new tab so people can sign up to be notified when a ticket becomes available. Only visible if your event has resales enabled and an active resale alert list.
Volunteers
  • Volunteer kiosk – Opens the volunteer kiosk in a new tab. Only visible if your event uses volunteers and you have kiosk access.
  • Offline docs – Opens the downloadable documentation (PDFs) for volunteers in a new tab.

Logging in

If you’re not logged in, you’ll see a Log in button at the bottom of the page. After logging in, you’ll be returned to the links page automatically.

If you’re already logged in, you’ll see a Back to dashboard button at the bottom of the page, which takes you to your event overview.

Tips

  • Bookmark the page on your phone so it’s one tap away on event day.
  • Share the link with your team so everyone has quick access to the same pages.
  • Use the door sales QR code on a screen or print it out and have it at your point of sale to let people scan and buy tickets without queueing.
  • Generate greeter links before the doors open so your door staff are ready to go.
  • Open event forms and waitlist registrations on the day to direct attendees to the right form quickly.
